NFL All-Pro Offensive Lineman

The Jesse Sapolu Foundation is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of youth through leadership development, mentoring and educational opportunities.

The Foundation was established in 2009 by San Francisco 49ers All-Pro Offensive Lineman Jesse Sapolu, a four-time Super Bowl Champion.
